Oh em gee, a realism piece with a background? What's this doing in my gallery?

My goal for this summer: get better at realism. Hopefully by the time school rolls around, I'll have improved enough so I can look back on this and say, "I've improved a ton!" But for now, I'm really pleased with it, except for the mountains and the clouds. Everything else I like. Before anyone asks, that big empty space is supposed to be mist/haze, 'cause, um, mountains get hazy? Yeah. The sketch is in my scraps, if anyone is interested.

Whoa. I haven't seen you do a lot of realism, so this is quite a shock, but in a good way! Great lighting and "glow" to the edges of the fur. Plus, I love Lillies of the Valley. I have them in my backyard. :D

The fur is just awesome..I want to stroke it! And the rock is so..rock like! XD Just looking at this picture makes me happy.

Wow, you did this in elements? That's purely amazing. I love the visual movement from the wolf to the lily of the valley. (Not to mention I love Lily of the Valleys.)
