Artist's Comments
A sketch (to-be colored) animation of my character Jirrin, a Canadian Lynx. I've gotten out of the loop of felines (cats used to be all I drew!) and I'd like to get better at them. Plus since I'd like to animate my storyboard some day, I figured this will be a good warm-up exercise.
The head is funky but I'll fix that as it's inked. 18 Frames, Wacom Intuous Tablet and a Flash CS3 (And since I get asked this question on every flash document I submit - Yes, Flash is a great animation program, yes it's very expensive, give it a free try on [link] before you buy it). ALL (C) ME HARHARHARHAR AIDS. Okay . . . not to be an ass about this, but if you read the title, ITS NOT A PLAIN WALK. It's a strut. A swagger. Whatever you call it. Yes, some movements are exaggerated, thats the whole point. Please to stop "critiquing" them kthx. |

What a lovely animation though. ^^ That near hind leg seems a little long in some frames, but the movement is smooth enough to be distracting. :3
